Clean, User Friendly Intranet

We are looking for someone to assist with a professional-looking, clean corporate company intranet, which will consist of:\r\no Easy to use UI and UX\r\no Custom users with unlimited administrative functions, restrictions, and limitations per user\r\no Ability to log in to intranet with unique employee ID and password and to create a profile\r\no Ability to upload documents, videos, and photos with extensive ability to share, add, edit, and remove documents\r\no Administrators should have ability to add to, remove from, and/or edit users\\\' capacity on the system and authorize their access level\r\no Functions should include: Add / Edit / Remove / View only \r\no Departments: Administrative, Accounting, Marketing, Advertising, Research, Human Resource, Dispatch and the ability for administrators to add more departments\r\no Some form of multi-level approval to allow addition/deletion/edits of information or content\r\no Each Department administrator should have its limitations and restrictions whereas super-admins should have multi-level access control\r\no Email notification functionality - based on due dates or new uploads and ability to customize per department or the company as a whole\r\no History log of changes/additions/deletions done on the pages along with some form of page tracker\r\no Backup data on intranet to a dedicated server (such as GoDaddy, for example) with the option to do it automatically or manually\r\no Archive system with the ability to have it done daily\r\no Internal Instant Messaging\r\no Search Engine\r\no Homepage feed page that is user content driven\r\no Statistic tracker of pages to monitor which pages are most viewed\r\no On demand project area - allows us to post and create projects and allows employees to choose which project they want to work on \r\no Project tracking with the ability to list status updates and monitor progress/give projected finish date\r\no Employee notification preferences\r\no Forum that allows users to post and answer questions\r\n\r\nWe are open to different types of software\r\n
