About the issue that you currently have with the website, there is a procedure that takes around 5-8 hours to clean up one website. Hi, The reason is you have not updated the security patches over the time and thus your site got hacked like many infected Magento sites. This can be resolved. Also do you have any old backups? Regards Mouli
