Changes to Existing Website - Must be completed by April 25

Hiya Freelancers,

I am looking for a rockstar who know what he/she is doing and can complete the attached job description by April 25th.

What I am looking for is NOT complicated but you need to have skills and knowledge of Wordpress, Programming, Mailchimp, etc...
