Understand our operation (business process)
1) We are ties and scarves manufacturer which have thousands of sample's products on hand
2) Our prestige customers regularly will ask for specific samples to take a look
3) We then will find out the requested samples take photos and then uploaded and send the Picasa link to them for take a look and review
4) The timing of finding samples take a lot of time, also have to take photos these also take time, and the presentation photos also very ordinary..
5) Now.. important this is what we want
5.1 We want to put all our thousands of samples photos into the database as a catalog
5.2 We want our staffs to view and choose the wishlists according to the customer sample's requested, then
5.3 Notify the customer, given specific username and password then allow the customer come to the websites to see the wishlists that pre-selected for them by our staffs, the customers are not allow to see other samples outside the selected wishlists.
5.4 On 5.2 the good filter system must be applied and we want our staffs take minimum time to find the customer requested samples
5.5 On 5.3 To notify customer, our staffs can send them by email manually, or if you can, then make an email feature within this website, it is good to have but not a must..
5.6 For viewing the photos, we want the enlarge feature too, it is a must have.. for both our staffs and the customers
