Build a Website for a research platform

We are building a company to offer independent stock research to members who sign up via our site.

The project requires

• Completion of landing page – 90% completed, needs finishing touches

• Sign up page - How to be a subscriber, summary of offerings, includes link to PayPal payment details

• Paywall – payment options and pricing

• Ability for clients to pay for the research and site access eg Paypal, bank transfers

• Secure login for users

o Tiered login depending on what level of access they pay for

o Ability to offer temporary memberships which are blocked after a set period of time – ie a trial package

o Backend metrics- ability for us to monitor what is popular and what people are viewing

• Ability to publish research reports – send them to our users via email and post to the website

• Ability to publish our model portfolio and tracking/suggested trades

• Publishing live pricing widgets (charts of stocks, currencies and commodities) - require links to live market prices via Reuters or something similar/ google finance

• Hosting company email

• Assistance in hosting the website

• Linking to social media- posting tweets to twitter, Facebook etc

The option of providing ongoing IT support to maintain the Website/apps etc and host the site. Providing the work is to an excellent standard we will be interested in contracting on a more permanent/ongoing basis.

• We will provide you with an excel document which contains a mock design for the pages that we want to have produced. These pages include (but not limited to):

o Research report page:
 Market mover page
 Daily research

 Monthly research

• Sign up page - How to be a subscriber, summary of offerings, includes link to PayPal payment details on website
• Paypal integration with the website
• Paywall – when people click on content that do not have access to they are redirected to a page where they can sign up and payment options are displayed
• Ensure all customer data and details are stored in MySQL Database which we can access
• Admin login where admin has the right to upload content (including pdf and video) and the ability to manage subscriptions. Also includes access to analytics on the website (ie google analytics)

• Secure login for users
o Tiered login depending on what level of access they pay for- Three levels of access; Gold(full access), Silver and Bronze. The site should recognise what level the user is and restrict access to users who do not have full access.
 Also if users click on an option which they do not have access to they are taken to a paywall where they are given the option to upgrade or sign up to the site
o Ability to offer temporary memberships which are blocked after a set period of time – ie a trial package for one month
o Prevent multiple users using the same account- 1 person 1 login
• Ability to publish research reports – send them to our users via email and post to the website
• Prevent distribution of pdf content- prevent forwarding/sending of pdfs
• Ability to publish our model portfolio and tracking/suggested trades
• Search page- customers can search for a stock and all relevant research appears
• Search bar/function at the top of page so users can search for content on the site
• Make the site responsive – to mobile and Ipad friendly, including different browsers
• Social media links – link content so it can be published on our Facbook page and Twitter account
• Also the ability to share content with other people. Customers are able to send other people articles. If the other person has the correct access to the site then they can view the article. If they do not have the correct access it takes the potential customer to a “paywall” where they can sign up to the site
• Hosting company email
• Assistance in hosting the website and automated email responses to customer queries and sign ups
