Budget: EUR 1500+ Overview VLIEGWEL is a travel business that enables people to pay for flight tickets by using installment plans. The business is currently in start-up phase and we are planning to open our business somewhere around November 2016. Our goal is to setup a website and sell 100 flight tickets on installment plans by the end of the year. Our Audience Our primary audience is our product consumer. They tend to be students in the Netherlands ages 18-25. They study, are passionate about having fun and enjoy travelling on a low budget. They are tech-savvy. They care about our product because it provides them financial flexibility and our service is simple and easy to use. New Website Objectives • Our website’s number one objective is to provide a flight search engine. • The second objective is to get people to book a flight through our website. Current Website Our current website, [login to view URL], is a result of our own coding efforts. It is very crappy and doesn’t work at all. New Website Functionality Requirements Our new website will need: • An easy-to-use flight search mechanism. • Flight booking system. • Checkout with 6 months installment plan. • Paypal Integration. Design and extra functionalities can be built down the road.
