I'm a US based freelance web developer working full-time and am looking for ongoing assistance with my workload. I'm pretty close to full-saturation and I'd like to share the love. I love my work, I love freelancing and I'm looking for someone who feels the same way. My clients typically are long term and my goal is to help them succeed.
No teams please, you can bid, but understand that I'd very much prefer someone who's flying solo, trying to build a career and is hungry for opportunity (don't read cheap, read passionate).
Pay will be commensurate with skill level, ability and availability. This is where I randomly check that you're actually reading, sad I know; when you bid please confirm your commitment by saying I love freelancing too at the top of your proposal. I want your long term best hourly rate. Feel free to specify a fee schedule if that's how you roll. I won't be making this decision solely on rates, though they will factor in.
You'll need to be very available communication wise. Bonus for Slack or Skype or mobile availability in the US and the permission to bug you whenever, though I don't expect you to answer around the clock, no worries.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are absolutely required. You may be interacting with clients at some point, but at the very least we need to be able to be 100% on the same page.
Availability:
I'll need you to be able to respond pretty quickly, though of course I'll give as much lead time as possible. I've been doing this for a few years myself. We will need to speak on the phone occasionally, yeah crazy right? If you do good work

- Strong command of English language - Both written and verbal.
- Strong HTML
- Strong CSS (Exp with SCSS a bonus, but if not, get ready to learn!)
- WordPress Admin Area Familiarity (bonus for Divi framework and GF)
- Experience themeing WordPress (or other CMSs get ready to learn WP!)
- Folio Please :)

- Working Knowledge of PHP

- Experience with GTM, dataLayer, events, triggers, etc.
