I'm looking a team of full LAMP stack seasoned developers to build a Web Application to connect Landlords and Property Managers with Tenants. I'm looking for well-versed developers who know what they are doing and can manage the whole SDLC. If you are a Joomla, Drupal CMS hacks, please do not bid. Main functionalities of the web app includes: +Search for listings +Display of listings search result in List or Map view +Sign up using Facebook and LinkedIn oAuth and APIs +Post listings +Facebook like Chat system +Account management +Admin page This is phase 1 of a big project. Mobile app development will come in the future so preferably the web app is structured using SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) so the web services will be available for mobile platforms in the later stage. If this project goes well, we can work together on the other projects in the next phase.
