If I understand you correctly you need an automated payment app to manage bitcoin payments and orders. This is a price for that. You will need a good VPS (virtual server) or dedicated server (much better) to start bitcoin daemon on it. Without a bitcoin daemon you won't be able to accept payments securely and can be swindled by your clients. I also accept bitcoin for payment.
