Regarding the Recording we need to use cloud server where all the recording upload this is the best technique we have implemented before. Hello, I worked on twilio API before but didn't work with plivo. Do you have any admin panel right now? or should I create brand new dashboard for this?

Hi sir, I think this is kind of reporting system you need connect with twilio gateway. So all the data are taking from twilio api and we display in various formats which is easy to access by you and your customers without accessing to twilio? We can sync the twilio data in a our database if twilio has a limitations over number of connections to api at a time and a limit for a day or month. For this project we can use PHP CURL for api calling and PHP JQuery reporting for advance reporting. The system will be built with codeignitor as it is light weight and have a better MVC structure over the codes. thank you patzz
