I have a wordpress website already.
I'm interested in someone helping me with my website to get it functioning and to update layout and design similar to:

what i want done:
HOMEPAGE:
- Header bar with WIN | HELP | LOGUN
- I want to utilise the top right section of the page and put an optin header
- a sticky menu bar just under the top menu bar and between the header like TaiLopez site
with different category titles (Use these Categories: Breathe | Gut Health | Exercise Tips | Journal | Courses I like | Books I like | SHOP
MIDDLE SECTION (homepage - under the header optin form):
- I want to keep fixed content and side bar
BUT beneath that certain point I want to display the the Categories from Menu Bar. Showing 3 pieces of content wide like [login to view URL]

Latest FB Posts:
- 3 images /videos wide with titles explaining what it is under the image/video
Next Category Breathe:
- 3 images /videos wide with titles explaining what it is under the image/video
Next category below: Health etc
- 3 images /videos wide with titles explaining what it is under the image/video
FOOTER: i want the footer links working to functioning pages
INSIDE ARTICLE/BLOG SECTION
- I want my blog layout to be clearer.
- easy to read layout
- side bar with banners and Fb like like front page
- At the Bottom just above footer --> popular posts section
- be able to easily put affiliate links like DrAxe
