As far I understand from the description you have given, you need to take some input from keypad and toggle the pins of Arduino for a specific amount of time or we can say in some pattern. It should not take long time to implement this system but I will need some more details. You may message me to clarify these details before starting with the work.

Hi, I have been programming the Arduino for more than five years now. And I have experience with keypads before and dealing with timing using RTC if need be or just using the on-board clock. Hello, I love working with Arduinos (and RaspberryPis). I've completed some fairly complicated automated system using Arduinos and/or RPis and combinations of both of them talking to eachother. Creating a system like you have in your project sounds pretty straight forward. Sounds like we could either use relays or power mosfets or even simple transistors to control switching, it all depends on what you're controlling and what the voltage and current requirements are.
