C# Application communicating with Steam

We have a site that accepts items from users then writes those to a database..
We want a new system from scratch, it will comminucate with steam api, then it will write some user info to database and it will get item information from steam.
A site like "https://csgofast.com/"
Users adding item to pool, user with higher priced items has more chance to win, then system sends items to winner.
+Admin panel with those settings
-Time of rounds
-Maksimum item limit of pot
-Maksimum item limit user can put.
-Minimum total costs of items.
-Comission (as a percent)
A panel where admins can see:
-Rounds with comission items and normal items, so we can inspect.
-Total comissions.

-When users put our sitename on their name they should have golden name.
-It should send comissions to another bot in system.
-Multiple item bots(One bot only can have 1000 items.. steam doesnt let it to have more)
