Take a look at this link: [login to view URL] This site is using the WordPress theme RealHomes: [login to view URL] The client requires a couple of extra features to be added to the theme. 1) They require that a new search field be added. The search field will be titles ‘ROI’ and will be a dropdown with the options: 1-5%, 6-10%, 11-15% & 16%+. When creating a property in the WordPress admin panel, there will need to be a corresponding dropdown where the admin can specify one of these options, with the additional choice of ‘N/A’. 2) They want to be able to add text content to the beginning of the category pages. For example, you are currently able to view pages that just show a specific property type (e.g. property or investments). They wish to be able to add unique text content to these category pages, which is not currently possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you require any further information.

Hi there, I will customize the search for the ROI (such that the search allows for this and that editing in the dashboard will allow for the ROI field to be editable on the properties). I can also edit the category template page such that custom text can be added in. One point about category pages is that I'd need to add in the dashboard somewhere a field, per category you set up, that contains the text for that category. Kind regards, Chris
