Add Video Overlay capabilities to existing Video Sharing Web App

I need to incorporate the option to add video overlay to my existing program. The current program allows users to upload and host videos and show them on the home page as well as their channel, like you tube. It also sends the video out to social sharing and video sharing sites (like youtube, dailymotion, facebook, twitter, etc.). it also creates an embed code to allow users to put the video on their sites or blogs. simple enough, right?

Now I need to have the ability to add overlays like clickable buttons that will send them to a url, and email capture form (email only) that will add them to their email autoresponder of choice (like aweber, getresponse, mailchimp, etc.). Should have the ability to put timer on it so it appears when user indicates and goes away when user indicates. User should be able to select a button type/color and add their custom text. It would be great to have social share button overlays as an option as well.

I've attached a wireframe just as an idea of what I'm looking for in the overlay option. and then after it is saved, the option to edit and resave.

I understand this will ONLY work with embed code and on my current site, not on youtube, dailymotion, etc.
