I'm looking to hire an AdWords API developer to help automate the process of building Google Shopping campaigns. The campaigns are structured around a taxonomy which is labeled within the product feed. The goal of this project is to create a system which will accept a product feed as an input file, then make changes daily to AdWords to 'sync' the account. These syncs will require:
-The creation of AdWords Shopping campaigns and ad groups.
---Campaigns will also need to have defined campaign settings, including priority setting, location, ad schedule, device adjustment, budget, max cpc bid, and delivery method.
-The creation of AdWords product group targets and partitions
-The ability to define a bid for a product target, as well as an exclusion of a product target.
-The ability to retrieve a feed from a web location i.e. FTP or HTTP location, as well as from a manual import (most important).
I consider this to be a large project and the person(s) working on it will have the opportunity for continuous maintenance work on the system.

Hello.
My name is Max. I'm a Microsoft Certified Windows Applications developer with 7+ year experience. I've just completed a huge project and now I'm looking for a new job opportunity.
I would like to offer you to develop a Windows desktop application that will work with Google AdWords API. I've already worked with Google AdWords (configured a campaign) so I've had basic knowledge about their system.
Please let me know if you are interested in my service. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Max
