Complex Website migration to CMS

An existing and complex multilanguage website needs to be migrated to a new Content-Management-System, this new CMS is based on the Zen Framework.
The scope of the work includes integrating the current look and feel of the website (templating), recreation of the site migration and multi-language features.
Skills required include PHP and at least a basic understanding of Zend Framework as far as programming skills goes and the data input job of copying over the data, images and videos from the old site. For the complex parts of the work, documentation is required.

Servers and basic installation will be provided by us with access to the database, the front- and back-end of the CMS and to CLI if necessary.
This site has grown big enough to be unmanageable without a CMS and this is why the migration is planned.
We expect this to take approx. 2-3 weeks to complete, thereafter the switchover will be done and another week of bug-fixing, clean-ups etc. needs to be done.
Payment will be made each week in installments, with the balance of 20% kept for the bug-fixing-period after the site will be switched over to the new CMS.
