Products Configurator - OpenCart Extension (1924703)

This is to assemble/configure products together to make 1 complete system out of it.

we have multiple sites that will be using this extension: bike shop, computer store, street boarding, etc...

delivered final product will be supported for a minimum of 3 months, but prefer 6-12 months, to correct all the issues within the extension.

I would like to get an extension which is easy to integrate with opencart (most versions) specially the latest version and hopefully it would support newer versions.

this extension will have a back-end to manage it, and edit it, and list anything the admin would like.

admin should have the ability to add/remove as many products or categories to the configurator as he wishes. and should be able to change the text for each one.

there should be the ability to add "assembly fee" which can be calculated automatically (only visible if the value is more than $0.00), which is again editable by the admin.

basically same configurator as you see here [url removed, login to view] but with a better skin/theme.

the configurator must update the price live without refreshing the page. so you could use ajax, or if you know a better way or faster loading times.

optional: please inform me if you are able to do this as well, but it is not necissary at this time.

we would like to have some products automatically disappear, or get disabled based on some selection a customer chooses. for example. if a customer chooses an intel motherboard, i don't want the amd processors to be even listed anymore as they will not fit on intel motherboards. another example, if customer chooses a motherboard that supports ddr3 memory, i don't want the ddr2/ddr1/sdram and all the rest of the memory to be visible, or accessible, so customer can't choose the wrong parts together to build a system which is impossible to accomplish.

again if this is not possible, or if it involves too much work, too expensive, we can live without it at this time.

price should show on the screen at all times when the customer scrolls up/down, just like this website

admin should have the ability to easily change the skin, colors, theme, style, dropdown menu sizes, colors, etc.. so everything should be done with css, oreferrably the latest css technology.

this extension will be hosted on a mysql linux hosting server, but if it also works on windows hosting, that would be a bonus, but it is not needed at all. so DO NOT add extra time to make it work on windows hosting servers.

this extension MUST view properly on all web browsers properly.

admin should have the ability to write some kind of a "terms" that must be accepted by the customers before purchase (must be editable from the back-end). for example: customer visits the configurator, builds his dream computer which will cost him $1000, then he must click a check mark to accept the short terms (should be couple a paragraph, and most likely won't be long), then clicks "Add to Cart" button.

make sure you make it as nice looking as possible, and please please please use the latest technology today as i hate using outdated technology.

please be fair with your pricing, because i already got some quotes locally which were fair but i found them a little high priced.

coder must provide a professional easy to follow installation instructions in PDF format.
