PHP / LAMP Senior Developer for Exciting Music Website

JOB TITLE PHP / LAMP Senior Developer LOCATION Santa Monica, CA DESCRIPTION Project Playlist, Inc. is looking for programming gurus to develop and help run our successful websites Project Playlist ([login to view URL]) and Profile Text ([login to view URL]). Together they serve 45 million page views a month. We have a long list of exciting feature ideas to develop and implement on these sites. Responsibilities Include: - Spec and develop features for our websites - Optimize MySQL databases - Scale PHP/MySQL apps beyond where you've probably scaled before - Create APIs to help with inside and outside developers and programmers - Lead development projects using internal and outsourced developers Required Knowledge: - PHP (We use Drupal primarily) - MySQL - Linux - Apache - familiarity with MySpace - HTML/CSS Experience Requirements - 5+ years experience Desirable Knowledge - Flash - Action Script - Javascript Our ideal candidate is diligent and outgoing and excited about getting involved with rapidly growing internet company.
