HTML v5 expert needed

I would like a HTML v5 contact list and messaging mini-website. The purpose is to test proof of concept using HTML v5 to build a mini contact list and chatting client all using HTML v5. The first screen in HTML v5 is the contact list. This will contain the user nick or screen-name and list of contacts he has. The list of contacts sometimes are on-line and off-line. If the other person is on-line, another HTML v5 dialog should appear and both of them can chat on-line real-time. If the user is off-line, the chat can be stored on-server and sent when the person is on-line. The server back-end is MSSQL, so the contact list for each user, chatting history, on-line or off-line status, list of users and their passwords. To be done in HTML v5, latest WebSQL, javascript on client. To be working under Safari or Chrome. Server-side must be C#, Web-services. and MSSQL Please read: HTML v5 with off-line support and synchronization The user can type anything while he is off-line and when he contacts on-line, the messages are sent to recipients on chat list.

Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
