We are a website which provides the free uploading and viewing of hotel videos. Our website is already up and running, but it needs a lot of reprogramming and redesigning as we want to add totally new features and a different structure. This will require experienced web designing and programming for websites utilizing databases and flash for video content. We prefer the basis on PHP and Mysql but optimal alternatives can be discussed. Basically your job will be to rewrite or add required scripts and redesign to shape the site as requested. Here are the main features which are partially existing and some which have to be added or improved: 1. Users are able to set up and manage accounts. 2. Users are able to upload and manage videos and pictures with different file formats. 3. Interactive maps such as Google Maps will be integrated to provide search options and location of hotels. The first phase will be in setting up the main structure and functions. The second will add detailed functions and will finish the web design. The work of the first phase should be finished within 6 weeks of winning the bid. We are planning on using the programmer of the first phase for the following phases, given the initial work delivered is very satisfactory. The budget of the first project phase offered lies between USD 300 to USD 500. We predict that the maximum budget allocated for all phases will be around US$ 1500.
