I need an interactive world map made in flash with the following capabilities:
1- Integrated with .NET (be able to capture all sorts of mouse events)
2- Embedded in an aspx web page (accessible through a browser)
3- Zoom-in, zoom-out functionality for each individual country.
4- At least 4 cities for all the major countries in the world should be identified on the map.
5- Individual city coordinates (both for the cities that you identify on the map and those that are not identified on the map) should be configurable via an XML file.
6- The map should be flexible enough and MUST allow for EASY do-it-yourself future changes such as addition of new cities on the map etc.
7- The map should be fancy and good looking with each country identified with colors different from its neighbors.
I need this done in two weeks time. Deliverables will include the flash map embedded in an aspx web page (additionally, the map should be delivered in a way that it can be embedded in any web page that I make), complete source code, and all the relevant documentation.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

All 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape", "Linux". Must be integratable with all versions of .NET.
