Finish Designing My Website / Wrap With Graphics *** WARNING ADULT CONTENT***

I have a website that is adult in nature that I had designed and custom coded from several scripts. They all integrate to each other through a membership program so when one person signs up for a membership account they gain access and membership to the others on the site such as chartrooms, dating section, social network etc ## Deliverables The coding is all done what I need is someone who can wrap the site with its graphics and design an overall skin to wrap the entire site with including all the scripts to make them look flawless throughout the site. This also includes the ability to navigate throughout each part of the site via a toolbar of some sort. Im really looking for someone who can look at the script and coding (php) and really be able to pull this entire project together so it can be finished and ready to be put into production. There are about 7 sections of the site that need to be wrapped all together. If you are an excellent coder / graphic designer that can integrate this project and finalize it for me please place a bid ASAP! I have attached a document with more information and some graphics to give you a general idea of the direction im going in.
