creative and modern theme (skin) design for phpfox (cool graphic designer needed)

I'm looking for a great graphic/web designer who can make a unique, contemporary, & creative theme for phpfox. In addition to this, you will need to create a logo. You must be experienced with photoshop and illustrator. If you have previous experience phpfox, or phpfox theme creation, that will help probably. [Here is an example of a design I am looking for.][1] What are the things that I like about that design? a) the style of the illustrations is very modern, it has an old grunge look, torn looking edges. b) tribal background, very appropriate for my martial art site c) all the icons are hand designed, making them look very unique. d) notice how there is thought put behind all icons, community=mouth, databank=filecabinet, e) notice the animated gif of the "kneeing", i like how it is not made in flash, yet it works very well. f) although the above site's name is very generic (not creative at all), the logo still looks nice, and overall the design concept works. So, by now you should know if you are the type of a designer who has a taste and creativity that I like and admire in the above example. With you bid, I would like you to submit the following items: 1) Previous examples of work, show me something that you think will resonate me with my taste. 2) Tell me how long you will need to design it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
