Looking for a proficient web developer & designer. We had hired someone to design and develop a small basic e-commerce website, only using Paypal right now. They have not completed what they promised and is about 85% done. They have delayed for about 2 months without making any of our changes and requests. We need someone to take over and make changes to some additions and changes to the graphics on the front end, and make changes to the back end.
This site is almost done I just need someone who is quick an efficient and can handle this job immediately without any confusion. This is a CMS project I have all the files, I prefer a custom CMS over Wordpress so you must be knowledgeable in that. You must understand and communicate well in English.
