SMTP Email Server Setup Help

We will be doing some email marketing and need some assistance on how to set up an SMTP server in order to send bulk emails. We need: 1) consulting on which SMTP server software to purchase- we need a fast server that is easy to manage 2) installation of the SMTP and configuration 3) linking of the SMTP server to the mailing software we will use (we also need a recommendation on which mailing software to use) 4) database setup and help for the SMTP and Mailing software By the end of this project we need to have everything set up and ready to go to start sending mass emails. PLEASE NOTE: We will be sending on a large scale, think Millions not thousands. We will be sending mails from a dedicated T1 connection and that will be expanded as the need arises. We will provide you with a server IP and a remote desktop access to perform the installation and setup.
