Simple Business-Plan Application for Memory Stick(repost)

Need a new business plan application to sit on a memory stick. This was designed before for me, but it was designed incorrectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The program absolutely needs to be completed by December 13th. - The application is to be written using high level programming language. Either C++ or Delphi will be chosen by the developer. -We need to move this functionality to a single .exe file - The application (and any supporting files) will be copied to a memory stick so that a user could insert the flash card into a PC, run the application and work with it - The application should be able to store processed business plans in its own format and know how to open, save, create new documents of this format. - By default, saved documents will be stored in an application folder on a memory stick in a separate subfolder. The subfolder name is to be determined later. - The application should be able to process more than one document at a time (i.e. like you can use Word application to edit more than one Word document). -When filling out the application in the finance section, user should be able to tabulate numbers from a list of revenue and expense line items - While editing business plan, user should be able to tabulate over the editing fields. - The application should be able to save its documents in PDF files. -The user will be able to select where to save the PDF file ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and above.
