Program to play video file based on menu selection(repost)

I need an application that will load and present the user with an interface that looks similar to a DVD menu. When the user clicks on an item it needs to load and play a video file. The video file would be either MP4 or WMV and does not require a codec to play. This needs to be done immediately (within a few days). You will be provided with an image of what the interface needs to look like. The video files are far too large to put here, but I can tell you there will be 3 of them and if you could have them pull from a "media" subdirectory that is in the same place as the executable, that would work fine. I can provide file names if need be. It would be nice if the menu items and video file names could be put in some kind of INI file so I don't have to try to recode the application every time we make a new one, but if that isn't possible, I can live with it. Again, this needs very fast turnaround so if you can't do this in 1-2 days, please don't bid. Also, it must be done in C# so I can edit and change it in the future as needed. ## Deliverables The company logo is 560x210 in size. The video files are 640x480 in size. The overall interface cannot be larger than 800x600. It should center on the desktop when opened so client's don't have to move it around to fit it and see everything. (See attached) When the client clicks on one of the menu items it should play the corresponding video. If they click on "Play All" it should play each one in order (part 1, 2, then 3).
