Project Design Features:
Need a class module designed that will render a map which plots multiple locations using MapPoint Web Services.
The number of locations plotted on the map should only be limited by the Web Service (1 to n points)
The multiple locations are not driving directions they will be separate GPS data points taken in time to be passed to the web service.
Design so that the map will contain a highlighted line connection the various points. Option to show highlighted line or not would be nice.
Use the United States as the country
Each point on the map should have its own custom label data such as the date and time stamp of the GPS cords.
For simplicity purposes of this module, the GPS values can be hard coded; however I should be able to convert the class to read data from a dataset.
The rendered map image should be of the entire US and design capabilities of zoomed into a specific area (like city or general region or state)
Must have your own mappoint account for development.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
