.CSV parsing Tool

Part 1:

we have a master product database as seen attached here :

We have other lists that contain the ProdID as seen here:? ProdID [url removed, login to view]

We need a desktop tool that end users can upload the 2 lists, and have the cspc list parse the master list to create a new csv as seen here ; Generated [url removed, login to view]

Part 2

Once the 'Generated [url removed, login to view] ' has been created,

Column 'F' is Cost Price

Column 'A' is Prod Catagory

retailers (end-users) have different markups for each category

We need a script inside the tool that willl allow the end user to use custom multiplication integers for each category, and generate/export a new column with header "Retail Price'.

"Wine -- Table" Category is marked up 22%

We need a new column to? indicate the Cost(44.18) x markup(22%) to generate the retail selling price of 53.90 (53.8996 rounded up to nearest 5 cents, to 2 digits)
