Wordpress Theme Customisation.

Wordpress Theme Customisation I've bought the following theme [login to view URL] and need to to be changed to better suite my needs, please see psd attached. changes include. 1. Cub3er rotating banner on home page replacing the current image slider. 2. 3 thumbnails below slider on home page and on portfolio page. I would like these to have a dynamic feel, so fade in from background and change randomly on page reload. [login to view URL] click between utilities and applications to see what i mean. 3. Currently "theme switcher", to be repackaged as a artist finder. slider opens link to new page. 4. Add rotating banner to all pages 940px by 150px. 5. Projects, partners and artists pages based on portfolio page already within theme, so just add the rotating banner (940px by 150px). All pages should be filled with dummy content. honestly don't think its more than a days work. Content just need to be repackaged.
