Website Redesign & Conversion XsitePro to Wordpress

City Portal Website Redesign and Conversion from XSite Pro to Wordpress I have a city portal website (c. 200 - 250 pages) that is currently in XsitePro and two blogs in Wordpress. I want to convert the website to Wordpress and integrate the two blogs (as tabs on the navigation menu?). The project includes: 1. Select/design a new theme for the integrated website (this may include logo and banner design) 2. Consult on the selection of navigation menus, categories, tags, and the overall look and feel of the site. 3. Convert the XsitePro pages to Wordpress: ensure SEO migrates to Wordpress and find any dead links on the website and blogs. Provide a method to periodically check for dead links in the future. 4. Ensure continued functionality of any plug-ins I am currently using. 5. Select and implement a Directory of Services plug-in for free and paid advertising with integrated payment capabilities. 6. Select and implement plug-ins for automated back-ups. 7. Select, design or enhance the Calendar of Events Plug-In: I am currently using Events Manager 3.0.9 on the blog to publicize events. I use redirect pages on the website under a tab called "What's On" to direct the user to the events pages on the blog. The plug-in has an events input form and location input form. The locations appear in a drop-down menu on the events input form. Most of these are (currently or will be in the future) also Cultural Sites and Attractions Pages on the website. I would like to integrate these so that the Cultural Sites and Attractions Pages become the "Locations" in the drop-down menu on the Calendar of Events Events input form. Design/modify the following input forms: Locations (Cultural Sites and Attractions): Location/Attraction Name Page Name Drop down menu to select Parent Page Address: street address, city, country, postal code, and neighborhood Contact Information: phone, email, website Hours of Operation Admission Fees: Adult Price, Reduced Price, Museum Pass Price (free or reduced), Audio Guide (yes/no) and price (regular or reduced with museum pass) Services Provided (i.e. bookshop, restrooms, etc) Transportation with ability to hyperlink to the website's transportation pages Must See List Google Mapping Location Image Text description with image, video, audio, and hyperlink capabilities Ability to assign tags and categories SEO for the page Events: Event Name Event Date: start, end and recurring Event Time: start and end using 24 hour clock and ability. For some events I would like to be able to use the "Locations" "Hours of Operation" Location: drop down menu selected from Location/Attraction Pages Category: Ability to select more than one category Event Image Event Details: text, audio, video and hyperlink capabilities Using the data collected by the input forms, design the following output pages: Location/Attraction Page: include all data captured by the locations input form. The page should be named with the domainname and page name from the input form. Current website page urls must be maintained. Location/Attraction Summary (Parent) Page: Location/Attraction name, location image, address, short description with the ...more hyperlink to the individual location/attraction page. Events Page: include all data captured by the events input form Events Categories Page: a separate page for each category that is a summary listing of the events in that category to include: event name, event image, date, time, location name, short description with the ...more hyperlink to the individual event page. Design other Calendar of Events Features: Search capabilities I update the website home page weekly with top events of the week. I would like to mark certain events to be featured on the website home page have the data output to the home page in the same format as it will be done on the Events Categories Pages.
