Website re-design + move to a CMS based system

I need someone who has eperience with CMS based websites to setup a CMS based site and move the content from this site [login to view URL] to the new system. Please provide sample of past work of explain the details or samples of your proposed implementation/design. ## Deliverables The requirements are: 1) The website is hosted on Godaddy so whatever technology you are suggesting, it needs to work on Godaddy 2) The implementation should be SEO firendly and SEO optimizable 3) The CMS system should allow publishing and editing of pages directly via a web interface and also using Windows Live writer or similar. 4) The structure of the new site should be the same as to the old site such as: - Main navigation menu at the top (header) - Links at he bottom (footer) - Left side menu on on the left of common pages - Full width pages (like the main page, legal page, try/demo) - Common pages (with menu and sub menu on the left) 5) The layout of the new site should expand on the whole page width unlike the old site which is contained in a predefined div 6) A clean simple layout is needed - see examples of such sites on this page: [login to view URL] 7) The new site should not use adoble flash of any kind 8) A blog like section where I can publish articles and with links the article Categories and list of articles in the current category on the right side. 9) I will provide with resized new logo as required by the new layout 10) Color structure should be the same as the old site blue/drak blue + orange + white background + dark grey text. 11) No forms are needed, I can keep the old form or implement my own forms.
