I am looking for a website development for a Medical Recruitment Agency whose main target audience will be GP's or Nurses.
I would like a similar website of the the following:

I am not just after the similarity. Looking for some differentiation so that its not an exact replica of the original site. The website needs to have some originality.
Content specific to our company incl. logo will be provided to the chosen developer.
Main key things are:
Modern/contemporary and chic appearance
User friendly Functionality
Easy navigation
Live Job feed as well as twitter feed
I do not want the website to look generic but rather fresh and inviting.

Looked at your specs - looked at the target site and your budget is way off! Good luck trying to get a working site like that for $250 that is not just a thrown together thing on a $10 template.
