Video share website

We are looking to create a video based website using HTML5 (non flash) that will play [url removed, login to view] video. So it can be playable on iPad and iPhone.

We are looking to host hundreds of videos no longer then 5 minutes long. The videos should be searchable and from the search results be able to create a playlists from the selected results. The playlist could then be emailed to someone. Once the email is received the recipient could click the link, then login the the site and view that playlist.

We would like the user interface to look similar to youtube but not exactly. With the Main window and thumbnails for the rest of the playlist. (Select the thumbnail to play different video or just play thru playlist 1 by 1)

Each video will have a file attachment associated to the video (PDF).

The site will be members only login. Members will only be added by administrator.

Videos will be compressed offline and will only be uploaded to the site by administrator. When uploading the video add tags and categories that are customizable.
