Small PHP Job for a U.S programmer or who ever can login

HELLO THERE This is my Site :- [login to view URL] Which is 90% completed !!!!!!!!!FIRST OF ALL PLEASE LOGIN TO SITE AND SEE IF ITS WORKING FINE FOR YOU BECAUSE YESTERDAY A PROGRAMMER FROM INDIA COULD'nt EVEN LOGIN TO THE FTP & CPANEL .. FIRST BE ABLE TO OPEN IT WITHOUT TIMED OUT ERROR AND THEN BID IT !!!!!!!!! These things Needed to be done :- 1) Log in/Log Out ability (On top of banner on home page) - When customer logs in, they will see - Account Information (Shipping, Billing Address's - which will be editable) - List of previous orders & files. A button that says "reorder" 2) When customer orders, it sends and email to both their email and 3) Put in Godaddy Secured Site Logo at the bottom of every page 4) Add shipping price next to cost of product on the payment page - Customer will be able to select: - UPS Ground - UPS 3 Day - UPS 2nd Day - UPS Next Day 5) These shipping prices will be editable in the Admin Section like the rates. The editable shipping costs should show up right next to the product in the Admin section. I am building the about us, faq's, and contact page with form so you just need to put it up there And We are Done :) {Paypal Integration and everything is already completed } ( You must Finish the Job within few hours after start of the project ) Here is a jpeg of what I want it to look like : Attached file :
