Two page website.
1st page is static sales page with a few graphics including logo
2nd page is form/survey and payment page.
Each answer of the 25 or so questions will have a corresponding database value. After payment is processed, a script will run that will aggregate conditional responses to the users input and email them a customized response. This might be a .pdf file or could be in the body of an email. The body of the message will be the only customized portion, the beginning and end will be uniform. There will be llnks in the response that users receive.
