PostGreSql Application

This Design Brief shows the web GUI design to be implemented using server side and client side programming. The system will be able to

provide user access to geo located data stored in a Postgre Spatial database. User GUI and admin controls are to be [url removed, login to view] development of a web GUI system for the analysis of geo located data and to administer the users of this [url removed, login to view] a proof of concept and feasibility, an example system was built to enable the ease of viewing the requirements and scaling the milestone dates. The following are example screen shots and usage of the GUI system. Using Javascript on the client side and PHP on the server side, this represents a semi working system able to work on tablet and PC browsers. A login page and administration functions will be required, but was not built in feasibility study. We would like to utilise the Microsoft Azure network for development of this application. The language to use can be either Microsoft visual studio language or PHP. The client side will be javascript to ensure the application runs on tablets. The current feasibility software is running on a Linux server with PHP server side scripting and Javascript Client side. The end product does not have to comply with this and Windows or Linux servers can be used.
