PHP and MySQL fixes for a good cause

We have a website [login to view URL] that will hopefully one day make a difference in the world. I can't launch it yet as it still has some work that needs doing to it. It's made in PHP with a MySQL database. These are a few things I need doing. Testimonials Currently users can add a testimonial and I as an admin can approve it. Once I approve it, it’s posted. I need a function to delete testimonials after they’ve been posted. I also need a user not to be asked to do a testimonial until their problem has been solved. Categories We have categories for problems. As an admin, I need to have a function to add and delete categories On the homepage, I need the categories section moved to the left of the page (that displays on every page). I also need the categories of problems moved directly underneath and the ‘Browse Categories’ heading. The below needs to be clickable links 0 problems added today! 0 problems solved! 3 problems still to be solved Images I need user to be able to add images to their profile and to any problems they upload Users Users need a little info text box on their profile that they can edit It needs to show a user has logged once they’ve logged in immediately by displaying their username on the top right. The public needs to be able to comment underneath problems. I as an admin need to be able to delete these comments.
