I need a social networking website with the following capabilities: 1) User Profile 2) Admin Profile 3) User Profile will have > UPLOAD PHOTOS > UPLOAD VIDEOS > Send personal Messages to other users 4) Admin Profile will have options to manage other user accounts > DELETE EDIT UPDATE > control over user uploaded content > removal and bloackade over rogue users 5) Uploaded photos and videos will be visible by all visitors on the home page 6) Popularly voted photos and videos will be visible top priority on home page 7) All logged in users will have option to COMMENT, TAG their friends and SHARE PHOTOS & VIDEOS with other friends 8) PAYPAL INTEGRATION for paid services This is a college homework project to test a project feasibility so prices need to be low for it to bearable by our project team.
