I need an app or web based solution for android and/or ipad, that will allow me to manage participants at corporate events.
The app needs to be able to pull information from a google spreadsheet, excel, or a database (which will need to be created, with around 30 fields). This will contain the participants personal, flight, hotel, activities, and emergency contact information. Each participant needs to also be set into 1 of 5 groups. Each participant will also have a guest, so the same information will need to be available for each guest and a link between both the primary participant and the guest. All of this information will be input prior to each event.
While onsite, a member of the staff will need to be able to run the app, create an activity such as airport arrival, bus to hotel, zip lining trip, etc. Then when they greet the participant, they will enter that participants unique ID to log each participant that is included in that activity (this process needs to be extremely fast, as we deal with a large number of participants in a short period of time, so if possible, just an input field for the unique ID and a submit option). While this is happening, any of the other members of staff should be able to open the app on there device and see in real time where each participant is and see the history of that participant.
At the end of each day, I need to be able to export all of the activity information to a separate spreadsheet, such as a csv file, but the information will still need to be available throughout the entire event.
At any point during the event, any member of the staff needs to be able to do a quick search for a participant, either by the unique ID or by a name (first and/or last) and bring up a list of all of the information that was input prior to being onsite, which will need to be broken into different "tabs". Along with being able to edit most of the fields of information.
The entire application will need to be broken into 2 different user groups, 1 for staff and 1 for managers, each time the app is used it will also need to be logged into with a 30 minute idle reset, so if a staff logs in, uses it then sets down the tablet, after 30 minutes it will be required to be logged back in.

I will be hosting the finished solution on our own servers, so please include in your budget the setup and requirements needed to run the finalized solution as this is not intended to be public facing.
If the solution works out cleanly and is a fast, easy to use solution, we will need an addon to the application to also track the participants luggage, but that is currently not the primary concern.
