Need to make some edits to my site, to make it similar to my competitions "info inside"

I am going to start off by saying this, and please know that I 100% will delete your bid if you don't follow this exactly as I type it. Please only put "I CAN READ" as your comment on here and I will gladly check your PM and respond. If your message does not say "I CAN READ" in the first 10 words you will be deleted....simple, right(I am sure over 60% of the people bidding here will get deleted as they cant follow simple directions). Now that we are past the auto bots :) lets get into my actual job details. My website and any information needed will be attached in the files here so that anyone bidding can view what they are bidding on to ensure they can perform the tasks at hand. (1)I want to take my old website, and change how something looks. When I say this, I am wanting to have a near identical layout as one of my competitors. Why you might ask? They are getting 20-40 sells a night because of how simple their layout is compared to my more indepth layout...so I want it simple to get my sells back. (2)I can not stand my homepage as it is boring and not catchy. I need someone to spice it up with content that I can provide, or make it so its easier for me to edit the content myself. Currently when logged into the OsCommerce and I click "Catalog" it just goes to a white page so I am not able to edit anything. I also need to have banner replaced on the homepage, again I can make the banner and supply it, I just cant edit anything since I cant get into my "Catalog" area. (3)If you have made it this far, than the 3rd item is not a must but it would be awesome if you also were able to do this(again I am not going to be unhappy if you cant, and make sure you clarify if you can/cant when bidding. I would like to have a similar website scraped, and the parts and descriptions added to my inventory. I was doing this 1 at a time, but honestly that is taking way to long and I feel there has to be a faster way of doing this. I think some call it scraping and others just call it duplicating...not sure?
