Make website template that themeforest approves

Hello guys, I'm willing to get a new template for my profile in themeforest, (please check attachments, it has a note with some links of samples )
Please I'm not looking for a copy from those samples in attachments, but similar to, the sliders and buttons, I want you to give it a cool touch, please check the example before bidding, the template must have the following :
-Creative 2.0 web design with psd files.
-Slider on homepage (nivo slider is good)
-Clean, well-commented HTML and CSS code (a documentation for your theme)
-contact form, search
-Wide and boxed layouts (same templates with 2 options)
-Works on all browsers!
-easy to edit
The main purpose of this project is to get the template to themeforest, if you send me a stolen template or bad one it will be discovered by themeforest and you wont get paid, 50% of the payment will be released once themeforest accepts the template.
If i get good work, its a long term work, not only one template, more to be made in the upcoming period.
