Landing Page Builder Site with Database and Members Area

I will repeat my self but that is because after reading all the information bidders will ask questions that are in the information below.

This site will do the following, customers can go to the site and join these customers are currently looking to advertise there affiliate program so the user after joining will log in a click on design landing page, then he will select the page layout, then he will brows to his graphics for his landing page, he will select demographics for his landing page etc. Then he will click on design ads he can bring in his own ads and as he saves them he will select and save the demographics for them as well this way when he picks his ads or ads in the system he can choose to display ads by related this will display ads in his ads folder by it's relationship to the landing page, or he can choose rotate or fixed.

Also the user will inter in his affiliate id and this will be placed on his links the system should be able to also see and post error if the link already has his id in the link. after the user uses this site to design and build landing page and ads he can start sending traffic to his pages and keep in mind ads and just small landing pages, The user can see all his clicks and other statistics etc.

NOW below are more details, if you have a system that can do this out of the box that is fine but it should be able to do all above and all below.

The Site should display landing page with ads around it.

The ads are also just small landing pages

The controller or database portion of the site should be able to do the following

Design landing pages using templates and add new templates.

Design new ads using standard size by selecting from layout template.

Set up new members and give them access to portion of the site to build pages and ads.

Ads and landing pages when designed will both have demographics and category

Match ads with landing page using demographics or custom pick.

Ads selected for one landing page would not be the same for the next.

Ads should also have random rotation display option.

Customer will make payment for services at Paypal like vendor.

Should be able to pull all reports statistics, clicks, time on page,

Should be able to collect and store all email addresses collected from landing pages.

Should have email system that can send email message to all members at once.

Should have message system.

HOW SITE SHOULD WORK

Members can go to the site and use the site tools to design landing pages, and they can select the ads that will display with there landing page, and how the ads will rotate, layout, or relate, when there done there landing page with ads selected will be named by the member, members will not have access to all of the controls that will be for admin only.

Admin will have all of the same abilities to design landing pages and ads and remember ads are just small landing pages, and admin can also approve member ship, send bills but billing should also have a automatic option, member ship with be 30 days free and 20.00 per year after free test period, It should be simple to add more templates, not only for landing pages and ads but for the total page layout. Should be simple to add more criteria to demographics, and billing changes, etc. Options available to members should be able to turn off or on with button or drop down menu etc.

Site Should Have A back-up system.

You also agree to train us for 14 days or 75 emails which ever is longer and you agree to fix any problems that are your fault for a period of 90 days.
