Integrate an advanced popup exit for my website when visitors leave the site (URGENT)

I am looking for a really brilliant exit popup solution. When my visitors leave my site ([login to view URL]) I’d like for them to see an exit popup like this: [login to view URL]
This is just a rough basic design, but basically it’d be great if the website could fade out (Nice transition effects) and a clickable button etc, this will lead to a page I will set individually.
I am not sure if this can be done because of browser permissions etc, but I’d like to see what options I have.
Ideally you've undertaken this before, and you won’t be considered without providing some working examples of solutions that could be utilized for my site.
