HOS- Quote system

I have need for a PHP/MySQL programmer to bring selected quote request data from a web page, (already built by myself), and bring in customer detail from the second page,store in a database table, then email the details of the quote request to the selected suppliers. The suppliers will respond direct to the customer. The database is working, I did the php search and results pages myself. I just need to have the data collated and sent to the right suppliers by email, with a copy to the customer and me.

I also need a login page for customers and dealers. The customers need to be able to update their personal details only, no deletes, and view all quote requests they have made over a period of time (no deletes or edits allowed.

The suppliers need to be able to login to their own account view and edit company details and be able to view requests received in any period of time. They also need a facility, where they can input and maintain prices at any time and with each change store. This is for an instant quote facility, where a customer selects a supplier who wants to return a priced quote by email using our system. The email would be sent to the customer after customer form details have been stored. This is an opt in or out event should a supplier want to select this

I also need to be able to produce an invoice for any given number of quotes at any time any period. It would normally be at the end of every calendar month.. ie a list of quotes requested from the supplier, listing minimum details of quote request (so its identifiable) and emailed to the supplier for payment. The invoice would also need to be stored. in a database. I also need ability to be able to do an email mailshot by zipcode.

May need custom reports as well. I think that is about it. I have a flowchart of the processes involved (needs updating).

I would like to know your rates and estimated number of hours for a project like this.

I have a working model that I can demonstrate. A lot of the ground work is done and, I would need a confidentiality agreement. and referrals. I can also discuss further on Skype.
