Expert worpress help needed to existing site

Hi,
After some months of extensive work on building a wordpress portfolio site for my design studio, we've reached the final stage befor going live. Last changes and tweaks are needed to bring the site to its desired look and functionality.
The site is bilingual- Hebrew and English (the Hebrew version has more content uploaded to it so far). A lot of work was done so far, you can view the current site here:

There are quite a few corrections and changes to be made, and I'm looking for wordpress expert who could deliver a pixel perfect result, works methodically and prefessionaly and won't promise things he can't do.
This is why I urge any contractor applying for the project to look carefully at both the sites and the attached document, and post a proposal only if they're sure of what's required and their ability to fully deliver. The site is currently fine and I could take it live tomorrow but I want it to be as close to my vision as possible.
