I'm only interested in working with people that I can speak to on the phone. I need someone to make recommendations for the best way to handle this project. The project is: There's a form on the web page that needs a name, phone number and email: 1. The form needs to make sure the name, phone and email were entered correctly. 2. The form needs to enter that information into a database and then email that information to interested parties. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi, This is a fairly simple project and I can have something created and returned to you with a short time. Unless you have specific technology requirements I would create the form using HTML 5, validation of entered values using AJAX and post the data back to a mySQL database. Mail out function is very easy using a PHP script. I live and work in the UK and available to talk about this project further if selected.
