Creation of a dating website in 2 tongues + pics contest

We are looking for a team experienced in -dating or social website -online shop -responsive design in a plus For creating a Taiwanese dating website based on HTML templates. Design is done and any pics/buttons and rollover will be given. The website has to include to tongues : English and Taiwanese(traditional Chinese). A file with the text/font and translation in Taiwanese will be provided and font/design has to be respected on different navigators (safari, ie 7 and higher, Mozilla, google chrome... You will have to : -managed website and inputs text from members in Unicode. -allow users to create 2 kinds of profile: -Star profile ( for girl only) Star can set up their profile, post 1 pic to a contest, contact other members and send crush (images that they can select among our list) to a fan profile. -fan profile : fan can vote for pics of a contest, contact stars, send gifts to stars (gifts are another list of image). -while stars have no payant features, fans can buy some gifts (images to send), buy more votes and become premium to contact the top 50 stars according to our ranking (we will provide the calcul of rank). -create contest page (editable from admin office) automatically updated during and after contest. -keep archives of previous contest in a page. Admin area must contain: -stastistics of users -edition of contest -receive report or emails from users -edit the online shop (images, number of votes) -edit banners on index page -possibility of banning/freezing a member -statistics about our pages/gifts or packs to purchase -access back off info of users -being able to launch discounts on the premium plans or gifts. ....
