Bookings site - Event ticketing and accommodation

Hi ALL,
I'm looking to create a website which incorporates event ticketing and accommodation.
Without going into too much detail, the website will follow a 3 step process:
1) Select a date
2) Select an event (flitered by date)
3) Select accommodation
I'm looking for someone to present an out of box solution that can be maniputed to suit my requirements.
I will also need someone to assist with the design work. However, you dont need to have both coding and design skills, I'm happy for you to apply for either job requirement which reflect your skills and work together as a team to bring this project together.
The website wont be huge but think AirBnB as a concept.
